•   New Baby Matters classes and support material and the content of our website are provided by trained professionals to give general educational advice about early parenting and baby care, postnatal health and well-being. We do not give advice on your particular needs and you should help from appropriate professionals for such advice.

•   We only provide educational classes and material and you must understand that this is not intended to replace the advice that should be taken from appropriate health professionals.

•   We do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes or for the use of our written material or website.

•   We reserve the right to refuse attendance at our classes.

•   Also we reserve and the right to cancel any class, but will give you a full refund.

•   When we receive payment, we will send you an email to confirm your place on a particular class. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

•   You may cancel a booking by telephone or email and we will confirm your cancellation by email.

•   If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of the class, we will send you a full refund, less a £10 administrational fee. There is no refund if you cancel less than four weeks before the class.

•   We may offer a discretionary refund of all or part of the fee in exceptional circumstances.

•   If we need to reschedule a class or move the venue we will tell you as soon as we can and give you the option of a refund.

•   We own the intellectual property rights in all our classes and support material and our website. You may not copy any of this without our prior written consent.

•   We may change the content of our website, terms and conditions, dates of classes and prices at any time.

•   You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when you book.
